1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlwen ("phlwen," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlwen website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the phlwen Platform, including registered players and visitors.

phlwen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phlwen Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phlwen or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phlwen Platform or any other gaming platform operated by phlwen or its affiliates.

phlwen reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phlwen Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phlwen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the phlwen Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlwen reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

phlwen reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where phlwen has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

phlwen supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phlwen account balance upon confirmation of receipt by phlwen's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the cashier page. phlwen does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted identification documents include a driver's license, Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, and UMID. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but phlwen endeavors to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

Anti-Money Laundering: phlwen is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. phlwen reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources.

phlwen reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phlwen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phlwen reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual bonus terms communicated to you at the time of the offer.
• phlwen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phlwen Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant game or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

phlwen reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

For sports betting, phlwen reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit maximum bet amounts on any event at its sole discretion. In-play betting is subject to additional rules as displayed on the relevant betting market.

All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections before confirming. phlwen will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where required by applicable law or these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlwen Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlwen staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the p hlwen Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phlwen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phlwen.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlwen, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phlwen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlwen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlwen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10. Privacy

phlwen collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination

phlwen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete identity verification. In the event of account closure for cause, phlwen reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Amendments

phlwen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phlwen and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. phlwen will endeavor to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.
